Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Sprez iOS application operated by Sprez ("us," "we," or "our"). By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the Service

Sprez grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the app in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Use the app to transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or spam.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or contains harmful, obscene, or unlawful material.

Account Registration

You must create an account to use Sprez. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@sprez.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Subscriptions and Payments

Sprez is available by subscription (Monthly or Annual) or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.

• Free trial: Monthly and Annual subscriptions include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
• Automatic renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
• Refunds: All refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policy.
• Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified in advance of any price changes.
• Lifetime access: Lifetime purchase grants access to Sprez for as long as the app is available and supported.

AI-Generated Content

Sprez uses artificial intelligence to generate outfit suggestions, styling notes, and flat lay images. This content is generated automatically and may not always be accurate, suitable, or reflective of current fashion. AI-generated styling advice is for inspiration only and does not constitute professional fashion consulting.

We are not responsible for any purchasing decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions within the app.

User Content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload to Sprez. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and use that content solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your photos or personal wardrobe data for any other purpose, including training AI models.

You represent that you have the right to upload any content you provide and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

The Sprez app, its design, logo, features, and content created by us are owned by Sprez and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

Outfit suggestions and styling advice are generated by AI and are provided for inspirational purposes only. We make no guarantees about the suitability, accuracy, or quality of any AI-generated content.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPREZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
